My greatest ambition has always been to travel and experience the rich diversity of this planet. Even from an early age, I never felt like I belonged anywhere, yet every place felt like home; therefore adventure and exploration has become my motivation. For me, the art of photography is an expression of two influences: an examination of myself and the experiences that made me who I am; and an examination of the world around me. I am fascinated by the contrasts in life, human nature, and the relationship between ourselves and others. My work is an ongoing question rather than an answer to any visual challenge. It is my goal to leave an open door welcoming different interpretations and emotional reactions.
